Job Description:
The ideal candidate must have expertise in all of the following BackOffice technologies: Exchange, Systems Management Server, SQL Server, IIS, Proxy Server, and Site Server commerce edition. Must have expertise in LAN, WAN, RAS, and VPN networking technologies. Experience with security analysis, clustering, and load-balancing technologies are a plus. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer + Internet (MCSE+I)
certification is preferred. Must have excellent analytical skills for problem solving, job estimating, troubleshooting, and developing
enterprise solutions with appropriate technology. Must have excellent verbal communication skills to present technology choices and solutions to potential and existing clients, train and mentor staff members, and coordinate within a team environment.
Job Requirements:
Position requires an exceptional information systems engineer with min. 3 to 5 years demonstrated experience designing and deploying enterprise level solutions with Microsoft BackOffice technology and network infrastructure. Must have excellent written skills to develop proposals, requirements, design, and other project documentation with accuracy and tact appropriate for the target audience. The successful candidate must also be dedicated to excellence in quality and personal integrity.
