Description: The Virtua Rehab Network provides a full range of rehabilitation services with our four hospitals and outpatient sites, two LTC/sub acute centers, early intervention and home care.

We currently have a full-time Assistant Rehab Director who develops, plans, organizes and manages rehabilitation services in multiple sites. Develops comprehensive rehabilitation programs by growing and refining existing and developing new programs. Maintains effective relationships with direct reports and indirect reports at all times to ensure achievement of Virtua Rehabilitation Network goals. Collaborates with operational staff and members of clinical disciplines to ensure timely delivery of high quality care and to continues to enhance the continuum of care for all patients. Accountable for revenue, service volumes, financial performance, patient and customer satisfaction, quality and clinical outcomes and licensure/certification in specific rehabilitation disciplines.

Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation related disciplines-PT, OT, or SLP. Master’s degree in rehabilitation discipline, administration or business related field. Five years experience in progressive management responsibilities in health care. Ability to manage multiple programs and sites. Ability to collaborate and report to multiple persons within a matrixed management structure. Requires strong business acumen and ability to translate goals and objectives into outcomes.
