We are seeking an experienced candidate to work as a Medical Writer for a large pharmaceutical client in the Somerset County, NJ area. If you have 1 or more years of experience with the following please submit your resume for confidential consideration!
Required skills:
BS degree in Scientific discipline / nursing / pharmacay, etc. required, advanced degree a plus.
1 - 3 years experience in pharmaceutical, scientific, clinical or medical communications field.
Experience writing Clinical Study Reports / protocols / SOPs.
Experience writing abstracts or manuscripts for scientific or clinical journals is preferred.
Must be able to understand, evaluate, and interpret scientific, clinical and statistical data.
Key Responsibilities:
Writes Clinical Study Reports ( CSRs ) for phase IIIb and IV studies
Collaborates with other members of the project team to gather information, establish time frames and priorities, and delineate individual roles in preparation of documents
Drafts, writes and edits CSR according to company guidelines, standards and SOPs
Ensures that statistics validate clinical interpretation of data
Writes clinical study outlines and protocols
Drafts documents in collaboration with study team
Writes abstracts, manuscripts and other materials as needed
