Judge Technical Services, Scientific Division provides high-end consulting and staffing services to fortune 500 companies. We have been retained by our client to seek and identify qualified candiates for a Sr. Electrical Engineer. Under the direction of Manager, Electronics Development will design and develop electronic medical devices for drug delivery applications. The incumbent will develop new products and associated intellectual property, and lead the development effort from concept through design, validation and manufacturing of the electronics / electromechanical components associated with those products.

Required Experience:
·BSEE with 6-8 years of experience in electronics design, development and manufacturing with increasing responsibility or equivalent. MSEE is desirable.
·Thorough understanding of software development (assembly language programming) associated with developing small electronics products. At least 5 years of hand-on experience in the design of medical device field is highly desirable including familiarity with the validation (including software validation) process. Having a good understanding of developing electro-mechanical systems is preferred. A strong knowledge of quality systems regulations, manufacturing, embedded software, hardware, and interconnect technologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of FDA QSR and GMP processes. Knowledge of EN 60601 (including EMC and other design standards) is desirable. Knowledge of and experience with FMEA and hazard analysis methods for electronics, software, and medical products. Previous involvement in a clinical trial to prove safety and efficacy of a medical device is highly desirable.

Project description:
-Drives the successful execution of a protocol using strong management and organizational skills;
-Monitors protocol progress and addresses/manages obstacles;
-Serves as primary contact for the protocol;
-Coordinates the development of protocol-level documents and plans;
-Effectively leads a global team of individuals assigned to the protocol

Skills:
Clinical Protocol Manager
Must Have 5-7 Years of Pharmaceutical Industry Experience
Protocol and Project Management in Pharm Industry/Clinical Development
Candidate with a BA, BS, or an MS Degree is Preferred

Required skills:
