Description:
Remote 8x5 business hours dedicated support for UC MACDs, with the ability to work beyond an 8-hour day and charge time accordingly if asked and available to do so. This resource will require mid-level UC skill-sets/expertise and would be sent a laptop by the customer due to specialized remote access requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
Active Cisco CCNP Voice certification
Minimum of 3 years' experience with Cisco CUCM 8 and higher
Customer facing
Other technologies experience (Genesys and Client),
Will have to pass a Telecommunication technical interview
