DESCRIPTION
Member of a team responsible for performing systems analysis and engineering for the E-Care (Customer Care) Provisioning Manager application within the Company’s Solutions E-Professional Services organization. Candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of new web-based features (features will vary; business selections, order status, payment methods) throughout the entire project life cycle. Must be able to effectively analyze business requirements and translate these requirements into accurate and thorough system requirements for development. Candidate will also be responsible for preparing time and cost estimates, facilitating meetings, creating interface agreements between impacting systems and organizations, resolving issues impacting feature implementation and providing support to the development teams. Candidate should have strong writing and communications skills. Knowledge of the systems development life cycle is required. Position is in E-commerce/E-care (customer care).
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree in either Computer Technology, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems. Candidate must have at least two years web application design and development experience including both planning and execution. Will desire-Web based applications and client/server computing knowledge Systems Development life cycle, UNIX SUN TCP/IP, Sockets, HTML, UNIX Shell Scripts.
