FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

General support of the Storage Engineering Teams' projects, initiatives and
tasks. Those tasks may include (but are not limited to):

· Fabric switch zoning and LUN assigning

· The roll out of the storage to the Sun and NT servers with Symm Optimizer.

· The orientation of staff in Volume Logix use for zoning changes and new

zone implementations.

· The implementation and management of storage management software

(TimeFinder, InfoMover).

· Providing assistance in developing procedures and processes for performing

normal operational functions.

· Following change control procedures, implementation of system

configuration changes necessary to maximize system availability.

· The investigation of all reported problems. Evaluate and analyze all

symptoms, developing workarounds when appropriate. Pursue all problems to
resolution.

· The implementation of problem resolutions.

Additionally, the consultant may be involved in, but will not take primary
responsibility for, a number of separate projects such as:

· The implementation of ECC 4.2 in a three tier fashion.

· The evaluation of DB Tuner.
