Jr. Web Developer

Create and validate web and software templates for clients utilizing HTML, CSS, XAML, PHP (Smarty), Crystal Reports and Regular Expressions Critically analyze and assess all new clients' documents and websites. Work with clients and internal project team members to best implement solutions within our software

Constantly look for new ways to standardize and streamline our templates and deployments Provide mockups and examples and walk clients through them when necessary Build and maintain internal documentation regarding standard methods and processes Provide support and troubleshoot issues with clients as they arise

Minimum BA/BS in Computer Science, web development or web design. Candidates with non-technical degrees will be considered if they have at least 2 years demonstrated experience in a web development environment. Minimum 1-3 years experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript & regular expressions Experience editing and manipulating Crystal Reports files Strong communications & interpersonal skills - ability to listen to clients, provide guidance, and provide them with a clear path to resolution is essential Incredible attention to detail and exactness Demonstrated problem solving skills in a fast paced environment
