We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our professional executive search team as
an account executive. As an account executive you will be directly accountable to:
1. Create and implement marketing and sales strategies designed to help our clients
attract and retain the superior executive talent that will help their business meet
and exceed business objectives.
2. Consultatively help executive level leadership make career decisions that will
impact their personal and professional life.
3. Proactively present development opportunities to your team to ensure its
continued growth.
To qualify, your professional background must include at a minimum:
-BA Degree
-1 year of business experience-preferably sales
-Exposure to food or beverage sales highly preferred
-Heavy cold calling/prospecting experience
-Microsoft product skills
-Reference checkable accomplishments
To qualify, your personal character traits must include:
-A desire to set daily plans and goals with an unwaivering commitment to complete
the daily plans and goals you create.
-A strong sense of urgency to get things done.
-A commitment to helping others around you to be the best they can be on a daily
