Job Description: BPM Infrastructure Engineer to architect/build/support IBM BPM/WebSphere Infrastructure

Mandatory Skills:
Experience in supporting enterprise applications with good understanding of three tier architecture/OS/DB
WebSphere Application Server ND - 6+ years
WebSphere Process Server / Business Process Manager - 2+ years
WebSphere/BPM administration on Linux systems
Experience with Web servers - Apache/IHS
Unix/Perl/Python scripting
Strong troubleshooting skills

Desired Skills:
WebSphere/BPM Deployment automation
Experience in WAS administrative scripting in Jython
WebSphere Capacity, Performance, Monitoring and Workload management
Securing WebSphere environments
Good documentation skills
Training/mentoring
