SAP PP/DS Lead role

Skills:
* Business Analyst-Lead RFP and vendor demo process, experience with various production planning applications a plus
* S&OP-Production Planning SME
* Business Requirements-Documenting all current and future business requirements
* Visio-Documenting As Is process flows
* Consumer Products Experience-Experience in meat processing industry
Requirements:
We have two offices we visit: Sioux City, NE and Sioux City, SD. Our main office is NE, but work could be done at either location.

Looking for person who has considerable industry experience in production planning (meat processing business a plus) and who has implementation experience in SAP Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS), JDA Factory Planning & Sequencing (i2 Factory planner), or Oracle Production Scheduling. Resource needs to have experience with several production planning applications to help client conduct RFP and vendor demo process in order to find best fit for their operation. Client will be replacing a legacy system so gathering As-Is and business requirements is extremely important. This resource needs to have more consulting/industry experience than implementation experience. This role will not lead into an implementation of the chosen application.

Deliverables:
* As Is Process Flows, Business Requirements document, RFP, Test Scenarios/Test Scripts for vendor demo, RFP/Demo Scoresheet, Vendor recommendation document.
