&nbsp; <br>Support Bovis Lend Lease Vision, Values and Ethics
through providing quality Human Resource services and systems in
the areas of staffing, employee relations, training, and
organizational development. Manage the drive for continuous
improvement in regional support of putting People First.
Requirements include a minimum of 10 years experience at a
management level preferably in a regional or divisional role
supporting multiple locations. Strong employee relations,
staffing and leadership skills are a must. The successful
candidate should be well organized and have the ability to multi
task in a fast paced environment. 30-40 % travel required.
Service industry, consulting or professional services background
desired. Local candidates only. <br> <br>
<br><br><br><B>Requirements: </b><br>Essential Job Functions,
Duties and Responsibilities <br>The following statements are
intended to describe the general nature and level of work being
performed by individuals assigned to this position. They are not
intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities
and skills required of personnel so classified. <br> <br>Manage
local HR Representatives within offices. <br>Manage the
staffing, training employee relations, and support internal
customer service of regional employees. Identify and support the
current personnel needs within the region. <br>Assist with
determining the availability of internal candidates for promotion
and transfers among Bovis Lend Lease locations. <br>Network to
identify, recruit, and select top candidates from the competition
as required. <br>Manage the recruiting effort for a specific
office and support regional employment strategies. <br>Review
and respond to unsolicited resumes. <br>Assist in out-placement
and counseling services. <br>Use of Personal Performance
Management (PPM) throughout the region. <br>Ensure continuous
education and training of federal guidelines and procedures for
Affirmative Action programs. <br>Ensure the Affirmative Action
Plan (AAP) Guide is being implemented on federal or federally
assisted projects. <br>Responsible for managing and executing
company Compensation and Salary guidelines. <br>Support
diversity objectives through recruitment of qualified minorities
and females. <br>Maintain the Training and Development Program
to support training, promotion, and databases needs.
<br>Identify training needs on a region basis (i.e., training
required for each salaried position). <br>Assist with developing
in-house training programs and identify external sources for
courses. <br>Monitor regional training courses that occur within
the region. <br>Educate and monitor Human Resources policies,
practices and processes in the region. <br>Support orientation
programs and monitor regional compliance. Oversee college
relations programs for the region. <br>General Background and
Minimum Requirements <br>Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Human
Resources. <br>Ten plus years of recruiting experience,
preferably in engineering or CM fields. <br>Experience with
Affirmative Action plans and Minority/Woman-owned Business
Enterprise programs. <br>Experience in training and development.
<br>Strength in communication, organization, and leadership.
<br>Proven administrative and management skills. <br>Superior
interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to get along with
diverse personalities, tactful and flexible. <br> <br><br>
