high technology and industrial companies since 1976. E.D.A.'s temporary
contract services division is staffed to respond immediately in supplying
personnel on a temporary basis. Our qualifications range from high level
scientists, programmers, and engineers to technicians and assemblers.
Seeking a seasoned Technical Recruiter to head up an office in the Fort
Lauderdale, Fl. area. Responsibilities include, but not limited to source,
prescreen, interview and refer candidates for open positions. Develop
effective, creative and cost effective recruitment strategies for a variety
of technical positions.
Experience with volume manufacturing recruitment helpful. Individual must
have the ability to be flexible and adapt in a fast pace environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. High level of
competence with MS Office packages, Internet and e-mail usage.
