JOB REQUIREMENTS: Our growth has created exciting career opportunities for individuals who can help
us improve the efficiency of our Operations as well as reduce our costs. In-depth knowledge in
statistics, corporate finance, decision sciences and project management, as well as experience in
the evaluation, analysis and optimization of operational processes required. Great customer service
skills; at least 2-5 years' related experience; and a BA/BS in IE, Management Science, or related
field essential. Demonstrated thought leadership including the ability to inspire creative thinking,
and experience coaching others in analytical and conceptual thinking necessary. MSIE, MBA or related
degree desired.
