Job description:
Our Shelton CT client is looking to hire an Oracle AR specialist. Must have
experience implementing and supporting Oracle 11i AR Applications is a
must. Applicant must have firm understanding of requirements for
development and support of ERP projects and applications. Ideal
candidate will have application experience in following Oracle 11i
applications with expertise in Accounts Receivable -- experience in
other modules a plus: Order Management, Oracle contracts, CRM
experience. Knowledge of general PC tools; Lotus Notes, Microsoft
Office. At least 5 years of experience in a business systems environment
associated with ERP systems. Three years of this experience must be
relevant to Oracle Applications. Solid Oracle technical experience a
definite plus.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Performing, Testing and maintaining ERP/CRM
configurations.
Second level ERP/CRM application support
Review, perform, and maintain ERP/CRM access, security, and control
responsibilities
. Support user reporting requirements Contribute to the design and
execution of test plans to validate that solutions meet business
objectives Work with business community to prioritize enhancements
requests Develop necessary ERP/CRM functional documentation to support
enhancements.
Evaluate and advice business benefits associated with software upgrades
as well as assessing impact associated with any custom extensions.
Provide guidance, mentoring, education and support for user community
Serve as liaison between developers and business users to ensure linkage
of development efforts to business requirements of project
Conducting periodic audits of business user access. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
. Experience implementing and supporting Oracle 11i ERP/CRM Applications
is a
Must have firm understanding of requirements for development and support
of
ERP/CRM projects and applications Application experience in Oracle 11i
Financial modules, with an expertise in Accounts Receivable. Experience
with Accounts Receivable functions such as lockbox, auto-invoice,
consolidated billing, auto-accounting, and Trading Community
Architecture (TCA)
. Must have solid organizational and problem solving skills
Knowledge of general PC tools: Lotus notes, Microsoft office
At least 5 years of experience in a business systems environment
associated with ERP/CRM systems. Three years of this experience must be
Relevant to Oracle ERP/CRM Applications.
Solid Oracle technical experience a definite plus
BA or BS required, with concentration on Finance, Accounting or Business
preferred.
