DESCRIPTION

Technical Development manager will manage multiple projects. All projects are related to Infrastructure Delivery to support business groups objectives and goals. The position will work with the QA and Resources director to ensure that a quality and reliable solution is being implemented.
ROLE: Candidates should be able to leverage specialist skillsis at least one of the following: E COMMERCE APPLICATIONS, SERVER BUILD OUT AND CAPACITY, DESKTOP DELIVERY AND INTERFACES, MESSAGING.

REQUIREMENTS
The position will involve managing resources within the Company and third party contractors. The number of teams and project budget will fluctuate. The project will involve managing as many as 3-4 people and annual budgets of $1million.
Creative and potentially ground-breaking problem resolutions required in the context of technical feasibility, customer needs and available budget. Knowledge of resolving and escalating problems.

The task horizon will be 6-quarter development cycle, but the impact in terms of effectiveness must be considered over a 3-5 year period.
