Quality Assurance Team Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science,
or another relevant technical field strongly preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of management or leadership experience within a
processing or production / industrial environment, preferably in a
quality role •
Demonstrated understanding of how day to day decisions affect business
results, customers, staffing, materials, processing and maintenance •
Ability to manage multiple projects; collect, organize, and interpret
statistical data; and develop risk assessments documents
Formal leadership training and demonstrated practice of leadership
principles and be able to apply to standard software suites such as
Excel and PowerPoint .
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing QA Technician Team
Directing and supporting the daily management and work prioritization
of QA Technician Team
Leading cross functional team to common objectives • Providing monthly
leadership activity update
