Engineering and Quality Asssurance Manager
General Description:
The Quality Manager, reporting to the Plant Manager, will lead all efforts to ensure the company's products and services meet or exceed customer's expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System in compliance to international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TS 16949) Responsible for direct supervision of QA personnel, laboratory resources and development of specific work objectives Prepare for and lead customer and regulatory agency audits Lead cross functional teams in the resolution of internal/external quality issues using a structured problem solving approach such as the 8D principles Provide technical support as related to product development and regulatory activities
