Must Have Skills:

* At least 5 years of related VOIP engineering experience
* Hands on knowledge of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise
(UCCE, Unified Communications Manager (UCM)
* Understanding & experience in implementing, operating,
configuring, and troubleshooting a converged IP network
* Solid project management skills to lead multiple projects across
diverse organizations; collaboration with peer IT teams
* Extremely effective verbal and written communication skills in
order to communicate with all levels of associates and management
teams
* Understanding of SDLC and CMMI concepts
* Proven experience in end-to-end problem determination/
troubleshooting system issues
* Design/Architect IP Telephony systems
* Familiarity with SIP integration techniques, carrier, cross
systems, etc.
* Experience in providing contact center solutions (call routing,
CTI, systems integration, etc.)
* Proficient in MS Office - MS Word, Excel, power point, Visio,
Project

Desired:

* Microsoft Lync (voice)
* Knowledge of legacy telephony systems (ACD, PBX, IVR, ICM/CTI,
Voice Mail, etc.) and client/server & database/reporting applications
* Experience in systems and business analysis
* Understanding of relational database architecture and design
* Proficient in Client/Server Applications
* Knowledge of integration and troubleshooting of Cisco Unified
Communications applications
