This is a highly visible position that provides all aspects of Human Resources support to the San Jose, CA site. Your responsibilities will include compensation, benefits, employee relations and recruiting, with emphasis on technical recruiting, proactive employee relations, and communications.
BA degree in HR/Mgmt. and a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in the areas of: technical recruiting, compensation, communications, employee relations, benefits, and training/development.
Ideal candidates will have HR exposure in a High Tech environment. Strong communication skills, facilitative coaching and OD skills preferred.
