Lead/Senior RELMS Application
Developer

Responsible for leading a team that creates novel applications
for the Real Estate Lifecycle Management System (RELMS) product.

Key Responsibilities:


Performs business analysis and consolidates all systems
requirements.

Resolves complex application problems in order to ensure
overall development plans operate efficiently within the RELMS
environment.

Provides updates on application development efforts to
management.

Develops viable alternatives for team to consider in
addressing critical application/product problems.

Develops quality assurance protocols to ensure application
integrity will meet project specifications.

Develops documentation that accurately describes the design
of the application.

Provides support and training during the installation
stage.

Trains lower level developers.

Skills and Knowledge:

BA/BS in computer science, related field or equivalent
experience. Three years of experience working with Visual Basic, ASP, JavaScript,
COM, SQL, Oracle, and HTML. Strong analytical and project management skills.
Experience in application and relational database design.
