This is a full-time permanent position based in the Bay Area/Fremont,
California, USA involving 50% of travel in North America
COMPANY DESCRIPTION:
A successful international telecommunications company which is currently
expanding to meet the growing needs of their clients
COMPENSATION: salary, commission as well as other benefits and incentive
programs
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sell the company's products and services to customers in North America
Understand the products and services
Identify new sales opportunities
Plan and execute sales activities
Participate in trade shows
Generate orders and revenues to targets
Make excellent presentations to senior management of the company's customers
and
partners
Achieve sales goals
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong interest in and basic knowledge of wireless telecommunications
Ability to understand the technical details of the products and services
Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce/Marketing or Engineering or
equivalent
At least 3 years sales experience in the telecom/datacom market
A successful sales or technical sales track record
Ability to act and plan independently
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong negotiation skills and persuasive ability
Ability to take direction, as well as develop and recommend course of action
Ability to travel 50% within North America
