Software QA analyst
This position will develop and maintain testing systems for a sophisticated business intelligence and analytics platform targeting consumer packaged goods manufacturers and retailers.
This analyst will be expected to develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive software testing system with support from the development team. An analyst filling this position will be an active participant in QA review meetings; will work with product managers, software architects, and developers to create and analyze project documents; will create tests and plans to test; and will be accountable for validating software quality.
· Bachelor’s Degree in a technical/computer science field, or equivalent experience
· 2 or more years experience in a testing role
· Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), web services, and Windows Server 2008 required
· Experience with automated and load testing tools
· Knowledge of the C# and C++ programming languages a plus
· Experience working as a member of a product-driven software development team
· Excellent analytical skills are required
