Kumudvathi River Rejuvenation Project Volunteers are celebrating Tree Plantation Drive under the Project Activities as VANA MAHOTSAVA 2013  on Sunday 18th August 2013. Under the event more than 1000 saplings  will be planted on that day in villages around Shiv Gange Hills. The flyer for the event as well as route map is attached to the mail which may please be sent to all Teachers with request to circulate amongst all  volunteers.

Program :   VANA MAHOTSAV 2013 -  TREE PLANTATION in KUMUDVATHI RIVER BASIN

Date : SUNDAY   18th August, 2013

Time   9.30AM to 3.00PM    

Assembling Venue    KEREKATTIGANUR  Village [ From this place, nearby villages will be allocated to volunteer groups ]

Lunch will be served to volunteers at the Venue. Transport to assembly point and back is to be taken care by participants themselves.Also carrying a bottle of drinking water is suggested. Please register the participation by sending a mail to vfkumu...@gmail.com

    Route to Project Site:  Take NH 4- After Toll Gate [Rs 20 /car]  Beyond Nelamangala -Second Toll Gate [Rs 16/car]
 - proceed 12 kms further, watch for Petrol Bunk/Prince Hotel on the left   and take a left turn for Shiva Gange Hills-
    Display Board can be seen [ From Highway to Kerekattiganur 1.50 kms ]
