Please help AOF table at Sacramento Pride, June 13 & 14

Atheists and Other Freethinkers (AOF) will again staff a table at the Sacramento Pride Festival in June. This event will take place on Capital Mall on Saturday June 13 and Sunday June 14. Because the event is lengthy, spanning nine hours on Saturday and six on Sunday, we need more people than the four we currently have to do a proper job, including setup and break down.

 

AOF is undertaking this activity in keeping with its mission to promote the civic understanding of atheism and the acceptance of atheists in our community.

 

Judging by how last year’s event progressed, all volunteers will have an enjoyable experience. It was gratifying last year to receive the thanks of the large number of people who expressed appreciation for AOF's presence and support.
