Hello,
does anybody know if there is some php implementation of AoC rating
calculator? If possibly MIT or GPL licensed would be best.

I used that one to create my Voobly (IGZ) Rating Calculator -- http://www.aoczone.net/viewtopic.php?f=102&t=22553 .
