I've been looking at the Recanalyst 2.0 package, and the data of the
mgx format (http://aocai.at.infoseek.co.jp/mgx_format.html) but I'm
unable to find if there is a variable that concretes which player or
team achieves the victory. I think it doesn't exist but is a
calculated result of time of game and status (not alive or resigned),
or an event triggered at Victory mode reached.
I know Voobly people solved this and any help will be appreciated.
Thank you.

Hello and welcome,
you are right, there is no information in recorded game about winning
player or team, all you can is to detect resign commands, you can't
even detect defeating of a player (e.g. by lost a king in regicide or
by lost all units). Voobly and other similar matchmaking services are
getting this information via communication through DirectPlay
interface, when the game itself communicates with the lobby server
application. Information about game result is not obtained from
recorded game.
