Hi everyone,

Lots of news about the Art of Agile Development book club this week! First off, this week’s session is on “No Bugs” and features Arlo Belshee and Llewellyn Falco as the special guests. We’re going to be looking at what it takes to build quality in. It’s going to be a great conversation. That’s tomorrow (Friday) from 8-8:45am Pacific. Details here:

Next week, we’re continuing the quality theme with Janet Gregory and Abby Bangser. We’ll be talking about blind spot discovery: how do you figure out the things your team doesn’t know, that they need to know? That’s on July 15th at 8am. See the above link for details.

There’s also a few new recordings up. First, June 10th’s session on Agile Management with Johanna Rothman and Elisabeth Hendrickson is available:

And June 24th’s session with Doc Norton on system architecture is also available:

These were both great sessions that deserve a watch.

Finally (I told you there was a lot!), the final episodes for the book club have been announced. We’re going out with a bang: On July 29th, Diana Larsen and Linda Rising will be joining us to talk about Team Dynamics; on August 19th, we’re discussing Incident Analysis, and Mary and Tom Poppendieck will be joining us to end the series with a discussion of Optimizing fluency on August 26th.

See you Friday!
James
