Hi everyone,
This week’s book club is coming up fast! It’s tomorrow at 8-8:45am Pacific time, and the topic is “Team Room.” It’s going to be all about creating great collaboration. Judging from the discussion on the Discord, it’s sure to be a lively one.

Next week’s book club is on December 17th and the topic is “Chartering.” Diana Larsen is joining us again! She literally wrote the book on Agile chartering—Liftoff: Start and Sustain Successful Agile Teams—and we’re lucky to have her. Her book, which she co-authored with Ainsley Nies, is the basis for the discussion in The Art of Agile Development.
