  1. Task Planning / "Done Done"
  2. Capacity / Slack
  3. Stand-Up Meetings / Informative Workspace
  4. Build for Operation
  5. Stakeholder Trust / Stakeholder Demos
  6. Feature Flags
  7. Forecasting / Roadmaps
  8. Management
  9. Evolutionary System Architecture
Thanks for your help!

Cheers,
James

Although I don't have names for all of them:

For Feature Flags, Martin Fowler. I couldn't tell you how many times I've pointed people to his articles on feature toggles and keystone interfaces. I'm not sure what his status is, but one of the articles links to another article by Pete Hodgson, but I don't know much about him other than he has an article on Martin Fowler's site about Feature Toggles that is also very well written.

For Stand-Up Meetings and Informative Workspace, Kent Beck. XP is the source of a lot of these practices, but I do know that standups and big visuals were a big part of XP and in Extreme Programming Explained. Even though these practices have their roots in TPS, XP really brought them to software.

For Management, Johanna Rothman and/or Esther Derby. They wrote a book that I think is fantastic - Behind Closed Doors: Secrets of Great Management. Johanna Rothman has also written other books and blog posts that cover different aspects of people, project, and program management.

Thanks, Thomas! To clarify, I’m looking for recommendations for any of these topics, so please feel free to make a suggestion for just one or two.

Cheers,
James
