Hi all,
I’ve got a bunch of news for you about the Art of Agile Development book club.
First, this week’s session is tomorrow morning at 8am Pacific! Joe Rainsberger and Mike “GeePaw” Hill are my special guests for the session. We’re going to have a great discussion on test-driven development… I’m really looking forward to shooting the breeze with these folks.
Second, the recording of last month’s session on zero-friction development is up. This was a nice, in-depth discussion on improving development feedback and build speed.
And finally, next week’s session will be on customer involvement. The free reading is already up on my site. The live session will be on Friday the 8th from 8-8:45 am Pacific, and the Discord discussion will begin on Monday. Mark your calendar!
