A mic is a must!
Are you asking us to express our opinion on the looks of the mic you
uploded to picassaweb?
I've started working on the feature.
The image is how the bottom row will look like with the mic icon
I need testers.
Please tell me which phones and OS versions you have.
The Voice Input feature will work on any Android 2.2 or later.
I have a htc legend 2.2
I have a galaxy nexus with 4.0.2
and a G1 with 2.3.7
I have a Samsung Galaxy s with 2.3.3
and I am willing to test the mic

Please test:
http://code.google.com/p/softkeyboard/downloads/detail?name=AnySoftKeyboard-20111229_issues_250_848.apk
When testing, please report if it was successful or not, and which device
and OS version you have.
Works great on both Galaxy Nexus 4.0.2
and G1 2.3.7
Although it did not contain dragons, as the warning message suggested.
I've tested it in the latest CyanogenMod nightly for the Galaxy S and it
works too :).
D/l and installed it on my Samsung Galaxy S, 2.3.3.
Worked fine.
But, a couple of hours later, my phone committed suicide, literally!
A purple dot appeared on the screen, and it grew bigger and bigger, until
the entire screen was purple/black.
Sent it for repair.
The technician claims it is a virus.
I did not d/l anything else in the past week or so
Extremely strange!
It is good to hear that it works.
It sad to hear that some devices perform suicide because of ot.
Maybe the well hid dragons did it.
Thanks for testing, guys.
Anyone has a device running 1.6 or 1.5 or 2.0?
Not me, sorry! Don't know anyone who has it either.
Can we disables this button in settings?
@herrlado, you'll have several bottom rows to select from. Some have mic
and some don't.
Android 2.1 or less will not have the mic rows.
