the aperture open source project had a full suite of file kinds to convert
to RDF.
i think this should be treated as a pretty low priority thing. CSV
integration was interesting because CSV are pretty unambigiously DB
records. on the other hand excel fils and other format can really be many
different things and translating to RDF might or might not make sense.
