Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our engineering team in New York. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience building and supporting scalable backend systems using Java, along with solid exposure to cloud infrastructure and observability tools. The final round of interviews will be conducted in person and attendance is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java-based applications
• Build and integrate cloud-native solutions on AWS
• Manage and support infrastructure using Terraform (IaC)
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize applications using Splunk
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions
• Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best engineering practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in Java development
• Strong expertise in Core Java and enterprise application development
• Hands-on experience with AWS services
• Practical experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation
• Working knowledge of Splunk for logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Interview Process

• The final interview round will be conducted in person in New York and is required
