We are looking for a Senior Oracle ERP Consultant with very strong Oracle EBS R12 technical implementation experience.

  • Role: Sr Oracle ERP Consultant

  • Client: State of RI – DOA

  • Location: Providence, RI

    • Onsite strongly preferred

    • Remote may be considered only for an exceptional candidate

  • Hours: 35 hours/week

  • Experience Required: 15+ Years

  • Profile Mix: 60% Technical / 40% Functional

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-level custom Oracle EBS solutions

  • Build and support RICE objects (Interfaces, Conversions, Integrations, Extracts)

  • Develop complex SQL / PL-SQL programs and Oracle integrations

  • Support and enhance Oracle EBS R12.2.x technical architecture

  • Prepare test plans, technical documentation, and user guides

  • Collaborate with functional teams to support finance and grants modules

Mandatory Technical Skills

Candidate must be hands-on and strong in the following:

  • Oracle EBS R12.2.x Architecture

  • SQL & PL/SQL

  • Oracle Application Object Library

  • Oracle Forms 10g & Reports 10g

  • Oracle Reports 10g, Discoverer 11g

  • XML Publisher & BI Publisher Reports

  • Oracle Applications Framework (OAF)

  • Workflows

  • Java, XML

  • UNIX / Linux, Shell Scripting

  • Oracle Database 11g & 12c

  • Tools: JDeveloper, SQL Developer, TOAD, PuTTY

Functional Experience (Must Have)

  • Strong experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

  • General Ledger (GL) including Subledger Accounting (SLA) in EBS R12

  • Understanding of Oracle Grants / Projects and integrations with:

    • Purchasing

    • Payables

    • Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)

  • Basic knowledge of Oracle HRMS
