Location: Hartford, CT | Fort Mill, SC | Charlotte, NC (preferred – closer to Fort Mill) | NJ / NY
Work Model: Hybrid (as per client requirement)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack .NET Architect with 15+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in .NET technologies and AWS cloud architecture. The ideal candidate will lead application architecture, guide development teams, and drive cloud-native, scalable enterprise solutions for a financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end architecture and design of enterprise-scale applications using .NET stack
  • Define solution architecture, technical standards, and best practices across teams
  • Hands-on involvement in backend and frontend development when required
  • Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS (high availability, scalability, security)
  • Guide teams on microservices architecture, API design, and integration patterns
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams
  • Ensure adherence to security, performance, and compliance standards (financial domain exposure preferred)
  • Review code, mentor developers, and provide technical leadership
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud automation
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
  • 15+ years of overall IT experience
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in .NET technologies
  • 5+ years of strong AWS Cloud experience, including:
    • EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS/DynamoDB
    • API Gateway, IAM, CloudWatch
  • Strong experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems
  • Frontend experience with Angular / React / JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Database expertise: SQL Server, NoSQL
  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tools, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong understanding of system design, performance tuning, and scalability
Preferred / Nice to Have
  • Experience in Banking / Financial Services domain
  • Exposure to Azure DevOps, Git, Terraform, CloudFormation
  • Experience working with Infosys delivery model or large system integrators
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
