Urgently looking for the resources on the below role.

Position Title: Technical Program Manager – SAP
Location: Seattle, WA - 5 days
Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities :

·        Accountable for the successful delivery of SAP program phases, releases, and components

·        Responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for the project

·        Ensure delivery of SAP program in alignment with client delivery methodologies

·        Collaborate with the project manager(s) in the management of overall resource allocation and capacity planning for the SAP program

·        Manage program level status, metrics, issues and risks and oversee overall completion and sign-off on program deliverables

·        Ensure effective program oversight, including engagement, program and project reviews to ensure success and serve as a mentor to project managers

·        Lead and own engagement-planning and program-planning activities

·        Oversee the delivery of multiple SAP projects related to successful engagement or program execution

·        Own the engagement and program plan; Carry responsibility of delivering its major elements including program’s business objectives, scope and solution within quality criteria (on time, within budget)

·        Build proactive formal and informal communication/relationship with key stakeholders outside of direct team

·        Work closely with business owners (L1, L2) to ensure impact is coming and identify roadblocks, need for sponsor involvement

·        Execute against program goals to meet overarching transformational objectives, review impact execution status

·        Prepare and provide clear and concise decision making up to the steering committee, top level management and IT leadership

·        Lead and manage SAP governance committees and ensure E2E program reporting and RAID management

·        Coordinate and manage E2E integration activities

·        Adhere to PMO governance standards, communications, and schedules

Qualification & Skills Required :

·         10+ years’ experience delivering and managing SAP programs

·        Should have managed projects worth of 6 to 8 million dollars

·        Multiple SAP ECC/S/4HANA/ SAP lifecycle implementations experience

·        Manufacturing & Remanufacturing industry experience preferred

·        Must be able to manage resources and interdependencies, define and set up work, and have a high level of ownership and accountability throughout the project life cycle

·        Ability to effectively manage and resolve escalations

·        Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change

·        Excellent understanding of SAP solutions

·        Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
