Ihave tried re creating the macros entirely, uninstalling and reinstalling printer drivers, trying 3 different PDF printers (bluebeam, adobe and pdf creator) all not working. I am able to print reports like normal outside of macros but once i try to use the printer driver for a macro it breaks.

Do you have onsite Exchange email or Hosted? We have hosted email with Nav 2009 and have the same issue. The issue with email though is more so to do with not releasing the connection quick enough as it opens a connection to the exchange server for each invoice to be sent. I believe there is a fix for this though in the Nav 2009 R2 release.

Whilst we have many problems using the amyuni driver and sending emails, we also have problems with just printing when doing large invoice runs which then crashes Nav. I would prefer to resolve this issue first, so would be keen to discuss further if you have similar issues?
