You can choose the librarians that you would like sponsor or send as scholar to the conference. They just need to take care of their transportation expenses.

For the LibraryLink conference, we hope you can be a partner by sponsoring librarians of your choice to attend the 3-day conference. You will get all the mileage entitled to sponsors such as media mileage, merchandising, live acknowledgement as sponsor, logo inclusion in all our collaterals. If you have a representative whom you can send to talk to the librarians for pre-selling your books to them, that can also be arranged. Please see attached program and roster of speakers.

However, we have committed to hosting the Nick Joaquin Literary Awards already on Sept. 20. Technically, we can only sponsor one event per quarter. However, we might be able to find a way around it.

 

We’re conducting a conference for librarians in October. This is also a good opportunity for your to pre-sell your titles to the attending librarians. If you’re willing, we can do an ex-deal based on that instead and as partner of the event, we can host our writing competition and book launch.
