please prepare a DETAILED list of expenses (hotel, transpo etc) from June to August 2012 so we can justify the request for additional transpo and revolving fund. As you know, the november 2011  expenses that you all submitted do not justify the need for additional transpo money at all!

GRL wants a new memo on the disbursement of transportation expenses and refuses to sign any liquidation reports until we can submit a new memo.

PLEASE DO THIS ASAP and submit by SAturday at the latest.
