Want speedy shopping? Your digital wallet is accepted in store, online, and in app. Just tap your mobile device wherever you see the Contactless Symbol at checkout. Or select the digital wallet logo when shopping online and in apps.

About two weeks ago the wells fargo mobile app stopped working. It opens and hanging on the loading screen and closes. What could be the issue or what what can I do to fix it? ( I have google play services installed.)

Because you are seeing an "invalid character" warning sometimes, it might be worth it to check up on Wells Fargo's password requirements. Some fancy characters or symbols in your current password could be causing problems here. (We have seen cases where a desktop site will accept a password with characters that will cause the mobile site to fail.)

Click Accept Transfer. Note: If receiving the transfer via email you must accept the tickets on your mobile phone. Tickets must be displayed on a mobile phone, they cannot be printed.

Adopting mobile ticketing is all about improving the fan experience with quick and convenient entry into the venue, reduces the risk of lost, stolen or counterfeit tickets, and allows you to manage, transfer or sell your tickets at any time directly from your smartphone.

We recommend making sure your mobile device is fully charged on event day and downloading your tickets to the Apple or Google wallet, however there are options if a problem arises. You can come to the ticket window, present an ID and we will be able to print your tickets. NOTE: This will work as long as the tickets have not been transferred multiple times, as the ticketing staff will need to confirm the original ticket holder in order to print tickets. This process will invalidate any digital tickets, so only the printed tickets will grant admission to the event.

No, as long as your tickets were bought together (i.e. not in different orders) you will be able to download the group for each event together and then save the tickets to your mobile device. Once you get to the gate, you will have to scan each QR code, but you should be able to do that just by swiping on your mobile device between each scan.

Select departments across Stanford use the Wells Fargo mobile app to deposit paper checks using the Vantage (formerly Commercial Electronic Office CEO) service. Department depositors with a dedicated location code use the Wells Fargo app and tools, such as desktop scanners and the WF Vantage portal. Depositors can use the camera on their mobile devices to take a picture of the front and back of each endorsed check and submit them securely to the bank for processing.

The JP Morgan (JPM) Access mobile app has replaced the Wells Fargo mobile app for depositors who previously used CASHNet and location code 10001, however we will maintain a relationship with Wells Fargo for in-person branch deposits and incoming wires/ACH.

For more information on the JPM app roll out in May 2023, check out the Cash and Check Deposit Enhancements news page.

See image below for retrieving a confirmation PDF directly on your computer for up to seven days after the deposit. Log on to Wells Fargo with the same credentials as your mobile app and you may see your recent deposits.

I've been having problems using Wells Fargo's mobile website and app for the past several months. This happened on my BlackBerry and it is now occurring on my iPhone, also. Initially, I was able to log into the app and mobile website to view account balances/charges, pay bills, and transfer funds. Now, every time I try to log into either the app or the mobile website, I enter my username and password and click "Sign On" and it appears to be logging me in. I immediately get a screen that says "Your Wells Fargo Mobile session has ended. You will need to sign on again to view your account information." Since this problem has been occurring both with my old BB and iPhone, I'm wondering if it's something on WF's end or if there's something wrong with my phones' settings. Has anyone else had this problem? I've Googled this issue numerous times and have found few posts about it and zero solutions. I'll be emailing WF, as well.

Thanks for your reply, gdgmacguy. I don't think it's the app since I previously had problems with both the app and mobile website on my BlackBerry. Prior to that, both the app and mobile website worked on my BlackBerry. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times without any luck. The mobile website worked for the first time on my iPhone yesterday. I was able to review my accounts and purchases and make a money transfer. Unfortunately, the app still does not work. I have not yet received a reply from Wells Fargo about this issue.

I read your post and agree that there is definately a problem. I downloaded their mobile app because I want to make mobile deposits. As you stated, when I sign on, everything works, it appears that the sign on worked just fine. Then I get the notice: You must sign onto wellsfargo.com and answer a security question and then return to the mobile sign on. I spoke to their representative on the phone and they (WF) don't have a clue what the problem is. I find this unacceptable that a bank of this size cannot get their act together and get this mobile app problem fixed. I might have to move my business.P.S. I've tried everything from deleting and reinstalling the app to resetting my security questions in the Wells Fargo account. This is a glitch that has something to do with how the account is set up.

The WF app problem doesn't appear to be widespread. It is now my belief that because I was a Wachovia customer that perhaps the account's do not interchange? I am just troubleshooting. So, if there is anyone out there who uses the Wells Fargo mobile app and was a previous Wachovia customer, I would like to know if you are having a problem signing on using your iphone or ipad? Doesn't hurt to ask?

Wells Fargo told me today that changing BOTH my userid and password and waiting 24-48 hours will reset the security question prompt. If, when logging in to the Wells Fargo website, you get the security question prompt every time the mobile app will not work.

Wells Fargo offers customers multiple ways to send money using the Wells Fargo Online program. With this service, you can send domestic wire transfers to 200+ countries worldwide online or by using the Wells Fargo mobile app.

Consumers can expect to see more cardless ATMs over the next couple of years. JPMorgan Chase is testing the technology at some locations, while Bank of America has introduced a card-free option at about half of its ATMs. For Bank of America, some machines currently accept mobile wallet programs, such as Apple Pay and Android Pay. Consumers need to only tap their smartphones on or near the ATM, provide their passcode or thumbprint on the phone, and then enter their PINs into the ATM. Wells Fargo says it is upgrading its ATMs to incorporate the digital phone readers and hopes to make the mobile wallet technology more widely available throughout this year and next year.

Use of the card-free options is still in the early stages, says Sarah Grotta, who heads the debit card research for Mercator Advisory Group, a payments research firm. Consumers have been slow to use mobile wallet options such as Apple Pay, so it may be awhile before most people leave their debit cards at home, she says.

The ability to disable a debit card and turn it back on from within a mobile app is still considered edgy. But Wells Fargo, which already offers that digital feature, announced it will soon test something that is much more profound.

Wells Fargo, for example, launched a new predictive banking feature into its mobile app this week, which will allow mobile bank deposit customers to receive alerts based around payments, account activity, and expenses.

Predictive banking aims to break down data in a way that is easy for our customers to understand. The goal is to put more information in their hands so that they have even more control when it comes to making decisions about their finances. Predictive banking is available today to all consumer deposit customers using mobile banking, and we are targeting to roll out to credit card and small business mobile customers later this year.
