Hi
it must be the customers (me) are really stupid, I have been trying to
download the
support archives for Silion Blue IP demos for some time already. And
it alwasy failed.
iCEMAN quick start guide says use:
login: customer
password: blueice
so what I did: I selected the file to download, double click, then
entered customer/blueice
and login error, no download. The popup was protected directory type
of login request
so I assumed it needs different login than just to log to the web
interface.
Then I was told, NEED LOGIN, well I did see login int the TOP LEFT on
the web form
but as I had to _my_ knowledge no login for that (I assumed the
customer/blueice is
for the protected directory only!), so I assumed that I need just make
a new registration. So I looked for new registration button, and as I
did not find,
so I assumed that something is badly wrong with the website (and not
with my
brains) so I did gave up trying.
The correct procedure is however following, just go Silicon Blue web
http://www.siliconbluetech.com
use the login as given in the iCEman65 quick start quide (customer/
blueice)
and all the files ARE downloadable.
So there was no issue with the SiBlue web, it was my brains, I did
think too much
