error when connecting to skydrive

clicked Create New + > Selected Skydrive > Logged in then get the error below
 
"An error occurred when communicating with the server"
 
I have android 2.2

I have same problem with Skydrive on HTC wildfire Android 2.2.1 - Works fine with Dropbox plugin though.
