how to unblock# on att Samsung infuse???

I have tried everything including uninstalling apparently w/no luck. I really need to unblock this # and it's driving me crazy. I can get hid texts but all calls immediately are blocked & sent to voicemail. I've played with the settings and supposedly changed to not block calls or SMS. But calls are still blocked. Help! !!!
