How to unblock SMS!!!

Hello,

I am using this application last week, my SMS is not delivery report. It is having a back up.If you can tell me not sure where it keep the back up. I really need to unblock this. I've played with the settings and supposedly changed to not block SMS. But SMS ate still blocked. PLEASE HELP ME!!" Will be waiting for your reply

Sure you will be waiting forever, They never respond to emails. You were cheated and lost your money
