ANTLR with Bazel

Hi,

I am working on a language for formal methods, that is mostly based on Python. So, I am thinking of starting with the Python ANTLR sample.

The rest of my system uses Bazel build system, I want to see if anyone has setup bazel rules to generate lexer/parser from the ANTLR grammer?
