Are there any instructions out there?
The basic checkout of Antlrcs on GitHub contains external references in the "References" folder, which seem to have to be downloaded separately.
Having done that, the build fails with 3 projects not found, the ones in the References folder.
The reason they are not found is that the solution is looking for a project in a folder in the form "...Runtime\CSharp3" but the folder is actually called "...Runtime\CSharp2". Seems there could be a version problem.
Any assistance much appreciated (or is the repository broken?).
BTW the repository is 3.5.0.1 but the current NuGet is 3.5.0.2, so where is the latest source?
