To Sam Harwell, ANTLR VS integration bugs ans features

Hi, Sam.

I already create questions on visualstudiogallery and opened issues on bitbucket (#13, #14), and reproduce it here.

First, feature request - it would be great if you add snippets support in ANTLR VS integrations. As i know it just about 15 lines of code in language service.

Second, bug report - as i discovered in new v1.2.1 integration in VS 2010 completion lists stop working, but they are in previous v.1.1.1.
