Antlr-Labs / Broken grammar

Hello Terence,

I hope all is well.

A simple C language grammar that I use with 4.7.1 runtime code (generated a long time ago) works, but this grammar does not parse the following simple code on the ANTLR4-Lab web:

I have attached the grammar file. Could you please let me know whether this is a bug in ANTLR4? Or do I miss anything?
