Antlr conditions

Hi,

I want to know how  ANTLR3 distinguishes between an action that refers to a condition {...}? and a simple action {...} .

It is a coding detail, but it is important for what I am doing.
There is an attribute inlineActions in the class Rule. But, it contains to the two mentioned types of actions.

Could you help me please.
